Abstract

Ga-doped ZnO (GZO) single layer and $SiO_2/GZO$ bi-layered films were deposited on Polycarbonate(PC) substrate by radio frequency magnetron sputtering. Influence of the structural, electrical, and optical properties of the films was considered.
